Which version controls

The version shown in the live signup flow or inside the app at the time of acceptance controls if it differs from this public summary page.

Web app EULA

The web app licence covers browser-based access to sepia.live, the hosted service, and the business data entered by a user’s team.

Users receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful business operations. Users must not misuse the service, circumvent security, or copy or reverse engineer the software except where law clearly allows it.

app EULA

The app licence covers the installed mobile app, local app storage, device permissions used by enabled features, and the hosted sepia.live services the app connects to.

The Android version may rely on device features such as storage, notifications, contacts, camera, or network connectivity. Users remain responsible for using those features lawfully and in line with their own customer notices and staff rules.

General licence conditions

  • The licence is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.
  • The software remains owned by Sepia or its licensors.
  • Business records, uploaded uploaded photos, trip notes, and similar client content remain owned by the customer or its licensors.
  • sepia.live receives only the limited licence needed to host, back up, secure, transmit, and operate the service using that content.
  • Access may be suspended for abuse, security issues, unlawful use, or service protection.
  • Use of third-party platforms or SDKs may also be subject to those providers’ terms.

Availability and assisted outputs

The app and related services may change, be updated, or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, incident response, platform restrictions, connectivity problems, or third-party outages. No guaranteed uptime applies unless a separate written contract says otherwise.

If the app provides automation, OCR, AI-assisted summaries, or similar outputs, those outputs may require human review. Users remain responsible for repair, review, and safety decisions.
